Use of the online shop
Purchases via the Madame Mo shop involve the following steps:
• choosing products and adding them to the shopping cart (using the 'buy’ button)

• checking and validating the contents of the basket (if you have changed the contents of your cart while browsing, click on ‘recalculate’ to apply the changes)

• completing the customer information form (delivery address, contact information)

• secure payment

Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and may change without notice.
 
Payment
Online payment by Debit or Credit Card, via the Crédit Agricole secure E-transactions system.
Payment by cheque in euros (€), to be made out to the order of Madame Mo, attached to a print-out of your purchase order specifying the order number if available, and sent to Madame Mo, 19 rue d’Hauteville, 75010 Paris, France.
Only cheques from French banks issued by residents of Metropolitan France are accepted.
Payment by wire transfer. We will send you our bank account details on simple request.
 
Online payment safety
To ensure secure payment on this website, we have chosen the leading secure online payment service: the Crédit Agricole E-transactions system.
All of your payment transactions are carried out through the Crédit Agricole’s secure servers: neither the merchant nor internet users have access to your bank information, and Crédit Agricole does not know the content of your purchases. 
Your complete privacy is ensured.
 
Delivery
Order processing is subject to available inventory. Orders are shipped within fifteen days of the payment receipt date, subject to available inventory.  Products can be advance ordered before they are in stock.
Orders can be shipped to Europe, Switzerland, Monaco, USA, Japan, Canada and the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM).  
Shipping to other destinations may be subject to special conditions (added costs, permits). 
You will be informed of the conditions by email and reimbursed in full if no agreement can be reached.
 
Shipping costs
To ship our products, we rely on the French postal service, La Poste.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we use registered mail services allowing products to be tracked to their final destination.
In France and abroad, we use La Poste’s registered letter and parcel services, and the registered parcel service of the carrier GLS. 
The choice depends on the parcel’s size, weight and destination, always aiming to minimise the expense to the customer while ensuring the best quality delivery service.
The contribution for shipping and packaging costs is as follows:
 
Delivery within Metropolitan France
• under 100 gr: €2.80 

• 100 gr to 500 gr: €4.80 

• 500 gr to 1 kg: €6.80

• 1 kg to 2 kg: €7.80
 
Delivery within Europe
• Up to 500 gr: €9.30

• 500 gr to 1 kg: €15.30

• over 1 kg: €20.30
 
Delivery to the rest of the world (and French overseas departments and territories [DOM-TOM])
• up to 100 gr: €9.30

• 100 gr to 500 gr: €15.30

• 500 gr to 1 kg: €20.30

• 1 kg to 2 kg: €25.30

• over 2 kg: €30.30

 
Purchase guarantees
All merchandise sold is shipped at the buyer’s risk. It is recommended to verify the condition of parcels before accepting delivery, and to refuse delivery or express reservations to the carrier in case of any doubt. An item may be exchanged or reimbursed if it is returned intact within fifteen days (in accordance with the provisions of Article L121.16 of the French Consumer Code) in its intact original packaging, with the corresponding invoice number. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

If you return an item to us as a result of an error on our part, you will be reimbursed in full for the shipping costs.
 
Confidentiality
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act dated January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify information pertaining to you. To exercise this right, simply notify us by email.
We will not under any circumstances disclose the confidential information related to your account.
 
Liability
The Madame Mo shop assumes no responsibility for the use or content of items ordered. The items we sell comply with the French legislation in force.
The Madame Mo shop cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with legislation in the country in which the item is used (censorship, ban on a work or author).
The characteristics of our products are liable to be changed or improved at any time. The texts and photographs contained in the online shop, illustrating the items for sale, are not contractually binding.
 
Intellectual property
Madame Mo is a registered trademark. Moreover, all of the texts, comments, books, artwork, illustrations and images contained in the online shop are protected worldwide by copyright.
As such, in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, only private representations, free of charge and in a family context, and copies or reproductions strictly reserved for private use by the person who created the copy and not for any collective use are permitted. Any other use without the prior permission of Madame Mo in writing constitutes counterfeit and is punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.
 
Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Paris Courts will have sole jurisdiction.
